Alternative Breaks - Site Leader Experience

Alternative Breaks is a national program where a group of college students commit to engaging in direct service over an academic break, typically for one week, in a city outside of their own. Our mission is to engage individuals in creating sustainable change through direct service, education, and reflection. In order to accomplish this mission, we employ Site Leaders to lead and facilitate the trips. Each trip has between 8-14 student participants. The Site Leaders are chosen in April and are trained on various topics until the trips leave in January and March of the following year.
