Through the Campus Recreation Employment Application site, students will be selected and then placed in positions that relate directly to their academic and/or career aspirations. Students will work closely with Campus Recreation's professional staff (Engagement Supervisor) to undertake leadership responsibilities that relate to a specific field. Each student will identify their own personal skills and abilities and apply them towards developing a management/leadership style in a supervisory role. Student will receive coaching and feedback from the professional staff and apply learning that is gained in the classroom in order to enhance the experience and our organization as well as to assist in building the overall skills/competencies necessary for professional positions in that field upon graduation. Positions available include, but are not limited to the following areas: Sports Marketing, Program Development, Outdoor Trip Leadership, Youth Programming, and Fitness & Wellness, and Facility Management.
